You will appear on our final guest list that gets sent to the resort prior to arrival.

Even if you book only the hotel through us, we will still make the arrangements for your airport transportation. And, you will still be included on the final rooming list.

TRAVEL INSURANCE - By purchasing Travel Insurance, you can relax and have confidence in your vacation investment. If needed, you can cancel your trip for any reason, no questions asked. Simply call us or the number in your travel documents at any time prior to airport check-in to cancel and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the insurance. Other benefits are listed in the policy details. The insurance policy can be found HERE. Insurance premiums are per person and are based on the number of nights booked:
For trips up to 4 nights, insurance is $59.99 per person.
For trips 5 nights or longer, insurance is $89.99 per person.
FLIGHTS - Air is not included with our room block. Please feel free to book the air on your own. I recommend using https://www.google.com/flights/ or http://matrix.itasoftware.com/ to do your research, but then BOOK DIRECTLY with the airline you're flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare. Simply email me your confirmed flight itinerary so I can schedule the roundtrip airport transfer service. If you have insurance on your room and want it to cover the flights, I need to book the flights for you.

RATES - The rates below include the room of your choice, all meals, snacks, drinks, and taxes. To price your room, determine which room type you want, how many adults will be sharing your room (1-3) and how many nights you'd like to stay. Use the charts below to find your per person price.
- Determine which room type you will be staying in Jacuzzi Junior Suite or Casita Suite. (Swim Up Jacuzzi is now sold out)
- Determine how many adults are staying in the room 1, 2, or 3. Single, Double, Triple occupancy in the price grid refers to how many guests are staying in the room.
- To determine the rate look under the room category you selected look on the left look for single, double or triple occupancy and then over to how many nights you are wanting to stay.
- Then go ahead and click Book Your Room and complete the form to complete your room request form. It is a $100 Deposit plus insurance if you accept it. ($100 deposit plus insurance example: Insurance for two people for 4 nights or less is $59.99 per person, total $119.98. So your card will be charged $219.98.)
- On the Book Your Room form you may pay in full or schedule future payments.
- Or at any time you can make payments later by clicking Make a Payment button.
- For guests sharing a room but wish to make separate payments complete one Book Your Room Form, then you may submit your own Make a Payment forms to make individual payments.
