1. The bride and groom have put their trust in me to plan a successful destination wedding for them. The best way for me to manage their wedding plans it to book and manage every reservation so I can coordinate each detail of the wedding event.
2. Often times the bride and groom have already set aside a room block and signed a contract for those rooms. Rooms booked outside of their block do not count forwards fulfilling their contract.
3. I give you personal and individual attention. You will be a real person, and not merely a confirmation number! I am able to customize your trip any way you like, and can even help if you'd like to extend your stay, change resorts, or bring your family.
4. I monitor your reservation and keep you informed of any changes that could occur. Even after you finalize your booking, I will be with you to make certain everything goes smoothly.
5. You will be part of the wedding group and the resort will treat you as a destination wedding VIP guest. You will appear on our final guest list that gets sent to the resort prior to arrival.
6. I work hard on getting you the best price. If you see a less expensive price for the exact package - dates, airline, airline times, taxes, insurance, transfers, etc. - give me the opportunity to work with you to see if I can get the same price. This way I can book your reservation and you can become part of the wedding party. Usually online prices are lacking something. Please give me the opportunity to help you with this.
7. If you have miles or prefer to purchase your airline ticket on-line, that’s fine. I can make your reservation just for the hotel package. Even if you book only the hotel through us, we will still make the arrangements for your airport transportation. And, you will still be included on the final rooming list.
Travel Insurance - By purchasing our All-In-One Travel Protection travel protection plan, you can relax and have confidence in your vacation investment. If needed, you can cancel your trip for any reason, no questions asked. Simply call us at any time prior to airport check-in to cancel and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the All-In-One Travel Protection. Other benefits include the ultimate in "no fees" for vacation room revisions, special hurricane protection, and during travel benefits such as 24-hour emergency assistance, baggage protection and more.

TO BOOK YOUR ROOM:
1. Determine your travel dates, how many people will be traveling and complete the request a quote form. This will be sent to me and I will email you a quote. and the Room Request link. 2. Click the "Room Request" button to request your room and schedule your deposit. 3. Use the "Make a Payment" button to make any additional payments. Final payment due date is listed on your invoice. |
